I stumbled upon your blog because you had nice pics of the Annapurna Sanctuary Trek, and now I’m hooked! I’ve been to a lot of the places you visited and have similar thoughts and memories. Anyway, I have a 12-hour layover during the day in Hong Kong in a couple of weeks on my way to Nepal, and this post is very encouraging. Any tips for what to cram in on a short introduction to the city? Looks like I should definitely hit up one of the street market restaurants.

PS- I will be in France next May, 2012 doing a bicycle ride as well as a motorcycle tour of Europe. Are you guys gonna be in Continental Europe?
